Location and Transportation

RGCC operates primarily out of the Hines Rowing Center in Conshohocken; however, winter conditioning is held at Radnor High School. When fall and spring weather/river conditions are not permitting, practices will be held at RHS. This will be communicated to parents and athletes as early in the day as possible, with safety as the top priority.

Transportation to and from the boathouse during the school/work week is cumbersome for families. For this reason, we have carpools. All freshman/novice athletes are in one carpool that is coordinated by a parent volunteer. Sophomores, juniors (if needed) and seniors (if needed) are organized into carpools with senior drivers. The carpools are organized by RGCC captains; riders will be responsible for gas money to their driver, as determined by the driver.
