Philadelphia Scholastic Rowing Association

The Philadelphia Scholastic Rowing Association (PSRA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing fair, safe and competitive rowing experiences to high school teams and their members. The PSRA organizes many of the regattas in which RGCC participates, including the five spring Manny Flicks and the City Championship, which is the local qualifier for the scholastic national regatta.
